Gregory Ras - is from the Dutch Caribbean island Aruba. He lived in The Netherlands were he studied Mechanical Engineering and Automotive at the Fontys University of Applied Sciences. He started working in 2008 for the Dutch national technology and R&D institute TNO were he also was involved in the start-up in 2011 of the Caribbean branch office in Aruba. After nearly 10 years the office was closed but Gregory stayed as the official TNO representative for the Caribbean region. So he got involved in various environmental issues and projects on the six Dutch Caribbean islands and has builded up good relations with government officials. Gregory is managing partner of The Blueconomy Caribbean to develop and implement badly needed turn-key solutions for the islands and Latin American regions like new energy sources as Waste to Energy, Waste Water to Energy and Purification, Water Desilination, Windmills and CO2 reduction as part of the Blue Economy..
